100 Reasons (more or less)

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m surprised I made it to 100 posts.  Then again, when you post 3 times a week, it doesn’t take that long (even if you miss a post or two).

I’m not giving you 100 reasons why I travel, because I don’t know if I could think of 100 reasons.  But why do I travel?  I come from a small town on an island that is too difficult/expensive to leave.  I now live in a bigger city that is more connected/cheaper to fly out of.

I travel to see history.  I travel to watch theatre.  I travel to look at art.  I travel to eat new foods and see new things.  I travel because I get bored with my surroundings and I desperately need something new to look at.

I blog because I wanted to write more.  Even after 100 posts I know I have a long way to go.  But I like travel blogs because they’re a great resource for travellers.  They help you find restaurants/sights/cool things to see.
