Pictures of Loch Lomond

Loch Lomond may not have a sea monster, but it is the largest Loch in Scotland.  It’s got a song (“The Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond”), it’s mentioned in a song from “Brigadoon“, and ‘Loch Lomond’ is the brand of whiskey that Captain Haddock drinks in “The Adventures of Tintin“.

Suck it Loch Ness.

After a lunch of Haggis Pizza (you call it cheating, I call it baby steps), Kristen and I went for a stroll along the Loch, which was very pretty.

Kristen braved the stairs (my stupid knees said ‘no’) and she went up the hill.  I was worried I wouldn’t see her ever again, but eventually she came back.  The trail was weird and part of it went off in a strange direction.  Maybe it went to Narnia?

This would be a great area to hike.  Many trails and very picturesque.
