It’s October 31st, which means it’s Halloween!  I may be too old to trick-or-treat, but I’m not too old for parties!  …Of course my party is tomorrow night, not tonight, but at least that gives me one more night to work on my costume.

…Seriously guys, this is the most effort I’ve ever put into a costume.  It’s going to cost me less than $25, but I’ve been working on it for at least 20 hours so far, and I’ve still got one piece left to make.  On the plus side, I’ve discovered that I’m a Master of Felt!

I won’t be handing out candy, since I live in an apartment building.  If I ever move to a house/candy-handing-out-appropriate-place I think I’d take part in All Hallow’s Read.  I loved scary books when I was a kid.  I’d give candy too, but also books because books are awesome.

So however you celebrate – whether it be with costume parties or fancy dress parties or just eating a lot of tiny candy/chocolate/food things – have a Happy Halloween!
